Art G. Stein has been in practice as a financial advisor since 1978. He services hundreds of clients in the Southern California area including clients in Northern California. He is founder and President of Stein Financial Group Inc.

Art has done studies with the Institute of Elder Planning Studies and his company has been a member of The National Association of Financial and Estate Planners. His company has been a member of the Better Business Bureau of the Southland.

His firm specializes in retirement planning and estate planning for all sizes of estates, large and small. Art helps his clients to avoid paying unnecessary taxes-such as income taxes, social security taxes and estate taxes. Helping individuals, families and businesses to avoid probate and helping them to have a private pension plan which guarantees them life time income is another important part of his practice. Showing families alternatives to college funding is an additional aspect of his practice. And finally, helping seniors avoid Medicaid spend-down of their assets when nursing home care is needed, is an important part of Art's expertise.

Art puts out two newsletters for his clients called Today's Retirement and Financial Link. He likes to keep his clients informed and up-to-date on the latest tax changes in Washington and money saving strategies that affect them. He is invited in to many Churches, Temples, Businesses and Organizations to do financial educational workshops that gives individuals the tools so that they can take care of their own retirement and help their financial future.

Art and his wife have lived in the Los Angeles area for over 25 years and have four children.

Art's philosophy is that your principal should be safe from stock market losses though you should get a decent return on your funds that keep up or outpace inflation and that you should employ available legal strategies to pay the least amount of taxes while you are alive and pass on your estate to your loved ones in the most tax advantaged way when you pass on.
